Second Emblem in the series of Wing Ed characters.

I've yet to decide on names for these two, so I usually just refer to them as The Goldfish People. Each of them hold a piece of The Tome....no good can come of this.

The background got a bit to complicated (like always), and I'm afraid it takes away from the figures :\ Also, most of this was sketched and shaded on the trains for my trip to Osaka...the bumpy-ness didn't help o_O; But all that aside, I'm pretty pleased with it...

Full view please, the tumbnail doesn't do it justice ^^;

Personally, I'd hate to be stuck with the unbound half. Pieces of priceless, ancient (possibly magical in some way) manuscript flying out all over the place...

But enough about that. Background for days! You crazy backgrounding maniac, you. Maybe slightly overdone, but I like it still.
And goldfish people are always good. (Unless, of course, they're bad.) Sweetness, d00d.

Nonononononooooooooooooo, background doesn't detract at all. In fact, the background is a good bit of what makes this image one of my -favorites- of yours -ever.

Holy crap, Nate, you come up with some really awesome and unique stuff. :heart: Or rather, you have a way of taking things that might necessarily be so unique and throwing a weird twist on them that transforms them into something wicked-cool and unique in a totally unique way.

I don't care if that made no sense. XD

nyaaa, I'm glad you like the pic!

I probably think about the pictures I'm gonna draw waay too much (which is probably why I draw so few pictures), but if the extra thought results in cool images then I guess it's worth it, ne?

...if THAT makes any sense O_o In any event, uberly flattered :D (and thanks for all the comments/favs yo!)
